Sr. Account Manager, Media
LOCATION
Hybrid position requiring office presence in Playa Vista, CA, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Account Management, strong analytical skills, preferred experience in Insurance, Medicare/Health, or Calls industry. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow high-priority media accounts, develop publisher relationships, oversee onboarding, evaluate content, collaborate with operational teams, and leverage data for campaign management and reporting.

How You'll Contribute...
- Publisher Relationship Management:
- Serve as the key contact for third party affiliates, focusing on their retention and growth.
- Develop and foster relationships with all publisher touch points, ensuring publisher satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning and Onboarding:
- Prepare implementation plans and lead publisher onboarding, presenting content strategy and improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with publishers to identify and respond to needs, including approving marketing content and providing insight on best practices for setup and implementation.
- Content Evaluation and Management:
- Regularly assess the quality and profitability of media, geo’s, and consumer attributes that align with our client's KPIs.
- Identify and explore new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with the analytics teams to provide useful data to provide direction.
- Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes, from campaign set-up to troubleshooting and QA.
- Collaborate with Analytics to determine root causes for customer success or failure, driving requirements for product or process enhancement.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign set-up, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and campaign management.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with client-facing team to understand client needs and key performance metrics in an attempt to meet and exceed goals throughout campaigns.
- Data-Driven Management:
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns, ensuring success, high customer satisfaction, and renewals.
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
What We're Looking For...
- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and/or Account Management.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment for the insurance lead generation industry.
- Preferred - Experience in the Insurance, Medicare/Health, and/or Calls industry.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Dynamic personality with effective communication skills, both written and oral, capable of influencing diverse audiences at all levels.
- Innovative Mindset: Passion for business and a proactive approach to improving and growing assigned media partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
