As Senior Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting affiliates who align with StellarWP’s mission and values. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams to craft and execute strategies that amplify the success of our affiliate programs. Your role goes beyond recruitment, you’ll nurture relationships, drive revenue growth, and lead team members to achieve outstanding results.
This is a permanent, full-time, remote, direct hire position with an annual rate of $75K to $90K.
Responsibilities:
Recruit top-tier affiliates through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with affiliates, coaching them to maximize performance
- Work with a variety of teams to identify and act on opportunities for both potential and existing partners
- Design and implement affiliate recruitment and engagement campaigns, including web, email, and incentive-based initiatives
- Operate and optimize affiliate platforms, managing commissions, incentives, and bonuses
- Track and report on affiliate platform performance, assessing results against ambitious goals
- Validate affiliate transactions and manage corrections to ensure proper handling of commissions and credits
- Use Hubspot to oversee affiliate partner transactions and maintain accurate records
- Educate affiliates on our full suite of solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and align initiatives with their business models
- Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings based on affiliate feedback and channel needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals, inspiring action and urgency among new affiliate partners
Guide and mentor affiliate team members to foster professional growth and team success
Qualifications:
6+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing
- A track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities at all organizational levels
- Self-motivation and dedication, you must have a passion for promoting solutions and exceeding targets
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries
Familiarity with the WordPress community
