The Senior Analyst, MS&A Brand will enhance marketing efficacy through strategic analysis, aiming to grow Peacock's audience and brand affinity.

The Marketing Strategy and Analysis (MS&A) team aims to improve the efficacy and efficiency of activities across the Marketing org through detailed analysis, strategy development, and structured planning approaches. As the Senior Analyst, MS&A Brand, you will be assisting with acquisition strategies, audience prioritization, and growth of organic social, ultimately driving awareness of and affinity for the Peacock offering.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand Marketing Evaluation: In partnership with Consumer Insights, Decision Sciences, Brand Marketing Planning, and other cross-functional partners, help to evaluate the impact of brand marketing and brand campaign efforts across the marketing funnel, from acquisition to affinity. Demonstrate a flexible mindset in pivoting measurement approaches as needed, and ensure team focus against meaningful KPIs that ultimately ladder back to broader Peacock business objectives.
Brand Competitive Analyses: Leveraging a variety of internal and external insights, and in close partnership with Consumer Insights, develop a dynamic view on competitive streaming and consumer brands, with a focus on identifying leading indicators of brand love. Help to keep the Peacock organization apprised of relevant competitive/industry insights and collaborate to incorporate key learnings into ongoing Brand workstreams.
Audience-First Analyses and Framework Development: Support efforts cross-functionally across key stakeholders, including MS&A, Consumer Insights, Brand Planning, Title Planning, Social, Partnerships, Earned Media, Investment/OOH, Network Programming, and others to 1) identify priority audience segments with highest potential for penetration and market share growth, and 2) develop calendarized go-to-market strategies informed by the above. Communicate findings across the Peacock organization to evangelize clear and actionable insights.
Organic Social Strategic Approach: Support MS&A Brand Social lead(s) in ongoing social KPI tracking and development of strategic recommendations and pivots for social partners. Proactively monitor the competitive entertainment brand social landscape to identify key trends and insights on the horizon, to help future-proof the Peacock social footprint.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably at a top agency or consultancy
- BS/BA in mathematics, statistics, management, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Strong excel and data viz (e.g., PowerPoint) skills, programming skills a plus
- Ability to create structure and recommend approaches to ambiguous business questions
- Experience with consumer data surveys and platforms such as MRI Simmons, Nielsen, and YouGov is a plus
- Knowledge of the streaming landscape, Peacock’s streaming offerings, as well as NBCU brands, and their interface with the media industry
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
- Good judgment, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and high level of professionalism
- Impeccable written and spoken communication skills, articulate and thoughtful
- Team-oriented and collaborative with an aptitude and willingness to learn
- Self-sufficient problem solver able to think creatively and independently
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
