Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Project Kuiper, aimed at enhancing global broadband access, while managing campaigns across various customer life stages and ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience executing cross-functional marketing campaigns and programs covering the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) utilizing through-the-line activity across traditional/offline media (TV, OOH, Direct Mail, Field Marketing etc) as well as digital (Search, Associates, Display, Social Media etc).
Project Kuiper is seeking a talented, self-directed senior marketing manager to build and execute our US residential customer marketing plans. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business, working with regional and global colleagues while end-to-end owning the implementation of the US B2C marketing plan. Reporting directly to the Head of North America B2C Marketing, you will work autonomously to deliver successful marketing programs in a highly ambiguous environment. You will cover the full marketing funnel across all customer life stages, guided by global and regional strategies, and leadership feedback as you regularly report on your plans and results up to Director and VP level.
The ideal candidate for this role has the experience and ability to develop, implement and optimize large-scale, complex, international marketing strategies in a matrix organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver cross-functional marketing plans designed to meet business targets.
- Partner with and influence internal and external teams to rapidly and consistently execute world-class marketing campaigns and programs at the highest standard.
- Leverage global and regional strategies, and adapt messaging and media mix to local nuances to ensure their resonance across customer groups.
- Manage country-level marketing budget.
- Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor business metrics and regularly report on performance up to VP level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed.
- Deliver continuous improvement programs which consistently drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across a wide range of key metrics at country level.

A day in the life
This is a high impact role on the Kuiper B2C Marketing team. You will be a key voice in regional decision-making, while end-to-end owning the US B2C marketing strategy. A typical day will involve campaign planning, adaptation and implementation; stakeholder management; cross-functional coordination; measurement and optimization; budget and operational planning, and more. Based in our global head office, you will develop plans which influence worldwide strategy, and you’ll be expected to deliver autonomously and under the high degree of ambiguity which accompanies a fast-growing early-stage business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
