We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Brand Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the brand presence and consumer engagement of our SINGER brand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in brand initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Clearly translate strategies into tangible deliverables, including Brand Guidelines, Creative Assets, and transferable campaign tactics and templates for activation across multiple channels and regions.
  • Actively manage global Brand health, including measurement and achievement of Brand awareness, consideration and conversion aligned with strategic targets.
  • Own consumer insights research efforts including development and refinement of consumer segmentation.
  • Develop successful Brand and New Product campaigns with careful consideration of effective activation requirements across multi-channel media outlets such as social media, email marketing, digital and print advertising, and all corresponding templates.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to effectively implement, measure and report outcome of activation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the marketing performance and adjust strategy based on real-time metrics.
  • Lead creative, print, photo, and video production while also directing third-party agency partners where applicable.
  • Work with Category/Product Directors to develop and publish all product-related assets including all media and website updates.
  • Review and develop consumer research/surveys to assess consumer needs, desires, and effectiveness of Brand marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate materials for production of photos, videos, and social media content.
  • Lead creative development for brand websites, newsletters, and blogs for Global Marketing.

You Bring (requirements, preferred skills):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including:

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
