Overview
Synaptics is looking for seeking a creative and results-driven Sr. Campaign & Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize go-to-market campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer and sales engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, data-driven strategies, and campaign management to achieve measurable business outcomes. This position reports to the VP, Corporate Marketing.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $99,000 - $156,200 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Responsibilities & Competencies
Job Duties
- Partner with the global Corporate Marketing and BU Product Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email, web, and display advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning
- Partner with regional Corporate Marketing team members to localize campaigns and messaging
- Craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to each platform and audience and continuously A/B test creative elements and messaging to optimize performance
- Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging short-, long-form, and multimedia content
- Partner with the Corporate Marketing graphics team to create visually engaging graphics and calls to action for brand growth and demand creation
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, WebFX, LinkedIn, SproutSocial
- Build and maintain an easy-to-use performance dashboard for executive and team consumption
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing strategies
- Manage paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads, programmatic advertising) to maximize reach and engagement
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic and paid search visibility
- Drive email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open, clickthrough, and conversion rates
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve the best outcomes while staying within budget

Qualifications (Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns meeting tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry or B2B high tech is a plus
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) preferred
- No travel required.
