FiberFirst is seeking a Sr. Community Brand Manager to enhance community relationships and drive business growth through local events and marketing initiatives, ultimately boosting brand awareness for its fiber internet services.

FiberFirst is looking for ambitious and energetic Sr. Community Brand Manager in Southlake, TX to lead team members in managing community relationships across the country to identify and procure business in addition to supporting events & awareness campaigns. Primarily in this leadership role, you will be working directly with the team to develop relationships with HOA’s, property developers, local Chamber of Commerce, real-estate agents, and management companies to drive FiberFirst internet connectivity business by sourcing and managing local events to boost brand awareness and generate leads.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on business development, event management, local advertising, and community engagement to meet targets and foster long-term partnerships
  • Develop and lead strategies to build and strengthen relationships with HOA’s, property developers, real estate agents, and other community influencers in each market
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and executing community-based initiatives that align with FiberFirst’s brand
  • Oversee development and execution of events, community programs, and awareness campaigns to elevate brand visibility and generate leads
  • Coordinate and manage local event logistics, including booth set up and tear down, to maximize brand presence and customer engagement
  • Developing annual events and sponsorship plan, schedule, and budget
  • Content creation and management: Collaborate with the team to develop engaging and persuasive content for various channels, such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the benefits of our services.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Collaborate on product launches, pricing strategies, and customer
    retention initiatives.
  • Use analytical skills and industry knowledge to leverage data, insights, and customer intelligence from several sources to better target and personalize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences.
  • Document sales/marketing activities and track expenses
  • Maintain accurate information for companies and their representatives

Education and / or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in related industry (Telecommunications experience preferred).

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Significant experience in Marketing, Social Media, and/or Community-building roles (Telecommunications experience is a plus)
  • Expertise with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • A willingness to be hands-on, actively engaging with the community.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resilient to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, marketing, and project management tools
  • You have a driver’s license with clean record

  • Work Environment: The work environment is fast paced, and the employee may be exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions. Events could be inside or outside, with extensive time walking and standing to engage with potential customers.
