QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Acquisition Marketing, or related roles; a college degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; strong analytical (Microsoft Excel), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint), and communication skills.

The Senior Consultant of Strategic Marketing will drive Kinetic’s fiber market growth through strategic oversight, tactical execution, and collaboration across teams to enhance performance and increase market share.

The Senior Consultant of Strategic Marketing will support and enable the continued acquisitional growth of Kinetic’s tenured fiber segments, providing strategic, tactical, and operational energies aimed at increasing fiber penetration and market share.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Director of Strategic Marketing with all required tasks involved with acquisition growth and oversight of Kinetic’s tenured fiber growth, such as:
- KPI tracking (reporting, analysis, and deep dives into individual market / channel performance)
- Daily collaborating with sales channels on sales performance
- Local engagement collaboration, tracking, and idea generation
- Collaborate with local marketing specialists, local operations, and sales teams on local strategy and performance while providing strategic and operational oversights on needed improvements when necessary
- Incremental ideation on new tactics to bolster the strategic marketing playbook
- Help launch new referral / influencer programs designed to increase sales penetration, brand presence, and market growth
- Analyze and make recommendations on new market selection / program expansion
- Forecasting guidance
- 7+ years experience in Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Acquisition Marketing, or related roles
- College degree in a Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Analytical skills (adept in Microsoft Excel), presentation skills (adept in Microsoft PowerPoint), and communication skills to leadership
- The ability to generate ideas for increased acquisitional growth
