Lead content syndication strategy using the product information management system (PIM), ensure accuracy and compliance for syndicated content, manage digital content in Salsify, build Enhanced Content layouts, audit data, develop reporting on content quality, and collaborate with third parties and brand teams on feed management.

Join Central Garden Segment as a Senior Content Syndication Specialist to enhance content syndication activities and ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms while working collaboratively with marketing and brand teams.
Description
Our Garden Segment is hiring a Senior Content Syndication Specialist, reporting into and based in Atlanta, GA. This new position will further develop and enhance our content syndication activities, ensure complete and precise data within multiple sites, and partner collaboratively with the digital marketing and brand teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead content syndication strategy & implementation through our product information management system (PIM)
- Ensure the syndicated content is accurate and meets retailer requirements
- Responsible for loading new and removing obsolete digital content (e.g., copy, alt images, video, etc.) into Salsify, ensuring data accuracy and completion
- Build Enhanced Content layouts in Salsify
- Ensure process steps are completed with retailer identifiers for content push to retailer sites
- Request PIM relevant flags from Material Master Data team to Salsify, as needed
- Work with brands teams to ensure they are maintaining retailer identifiers within Salsify for accurate and functional data
- Assist with Salsify task resolution, projects, integrations and support/training, as needed
- Operate effectively within “Workflow Taskforce”
- Regularly audit ERP, assets and product export lists within Salsify
- Work with PIM team and Senior Manager – Digital Content Marketing to develop reports that identify items with poor digital content quality in Salsify
- Work with PIM team and the Sr. Manager of Digital Content Marketing to develop product page completion processes in Salsify
- Export product feed data from Salsify, provide to relevant third parties (i.e., PriceSpider)
- Partner with third parties and brand teams to align on efficiency, optimization and product coverage of feeds
- Manage Salsify syndication for each Central Garden website
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience utilizing retailer systems/portals and PIMs; Salsify experience required
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead through ambiguity
- Experience utilizing retailer systems/portals and PIMs (i.e., Salsify, Syndigo, Item360, Vendor Central, etc.) to manage multiple channels
- Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and prioritization skills
- Prior experience at a large CPG organization or agency is a plus
- Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems, SAP, or GDSN
- Knowledge of retailer eCommerce requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant job experience
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Tech, eCommerce, or Sales Operations
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital shelf/eCommerce content syndication
