Seeking a Senior Designer to join the Creative Team, responsible for executing content-led marketing initiatives within the North America Marketing team, aligned with Foot Locker, Inc.'s branding strategy.

The Senior Designer will work on the Creative Team responsible for the omnichannel creative process within the North America Marketing team. This person will support the effective execution of content-led marketing and commercial initiatives with executional excellence by facilitating communication and collaboration between the broader Content Marketing and Creative teams, as well as cross-functional partners (including, but not limited to: brand marketing, partner marketing, brand digital & e-commerce operations, VM & in-store Marketing, social and paid media teams, and external creative partners). They will ensure that all creative work is developed in alignment with Foot Locker, Inc. overall marketing strategy, brand positioning and brand guidelines.
- Design and produce visually compelling assets for digital marketing channels (e-mail, CRM, e-comm site, moble app), including static and motion graphics such as GIFs, with a a deep understanding of channel-specific requirements.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
- Own E-mail campaigns and sales banner projects, ensuring high-quality design execution from initial concept through final production for web placement.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating and refining designs through multiple revision and copy cycles while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative campaigns and design solutions that resonate with customers and support business goals.
- Manage and regularly update cross-functional workflow: support team on design operational needs, presentation reviews, schedule/attend/lead meetings, and creation of templates on Photoshop and/or Figma.
- Mentor junior designers/freelancers by providing guidance, feedback and skill development opportunities to foster growth and ensure design consistency across projects.
- BA/BS degree preferred; Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as Graphic Designer, Production Artist and/or similar role in creative industries experience preferred.
- Proficiency of Microsoft 365 suite of applications
- Expert and relevant experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in Photoshop
- Experience with Figma, After Effects, Project Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex briefs, effectively execute tasks based on direction, and adapt to iterative feedback and copy changes throughout process.
- Showcased passion, creativity, innovation, and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a hybrid team setting.
- Highly organized, proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and design proficiency.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and managing freelancers/contractors.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at different stages and creative problem-solving skills.
- Possesses a strong collaborative spirit and effective organizational communication skills.
- A passion for Sneakers and/or Youth Culture is a plus.
The annual base salary range is $64000-$73000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
