Summary
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Global Partner leadership team to lead the creation and execution of global partner marketing strategies that align with Anaconda’s acquisition, retention, revenue, and market share goals.
- Build and lead a global team of partner marketing managers responsible for executing events, campaigns, and marketing materials to support partner growth, particularly for Strategic, Channel and Marketplace Partnerships (sell to, with, through)
- Work closely with Channel leadership and regional channel sales to understand market-specific needs and develop scalable marketing programs tailored to local territories.
- Oversee and optimize global partner marketing budgets, track performance, and adjust resource allocation as needed to ensure efficient use of funds and maximize ROI.
- Partner with internal teams such as brand, campaigns, customer marketing, and product marketing to drive expansion within existing segments and explore new business initiatives.
- Work closely with operations to track key performance metrics, ensuring marketing efforts
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a focus on partner and channel marketing.
- Proven success in leading global partner marketing teams, specifically marketplace, alliance and channel partners.
- Expertise in developing and executing "to," "with," and "through" partner marketing strategies.
- Experience working with strategic alliance partners like AWS on joint marketing initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, marketing, and global stakeholders.
- Skilled in using data to drive marketing strategies, optimize budgets, and measure performance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

The US base salary range for this role is $166,600 ~ $248,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
