SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Director of Growth will drive CRM and acquisition programs for JustFab, focusing on performance marketing strategies across various channels to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Drive all aspects of growth marketing and new member acquisition for the brand across North America. Partner with EU leadership and Acquisition team to drive global campaigns, efficient test and learn strategies, share best practices and scale the brand globally.
- Design and implement a best-in-class CRM marketing strategy for JustFab, spanning all categories—including women, men, and kids—to drive significant improvements in retention metrics.
- Accountable for delivering against media and customer acquisition and retention performance targets for the brand, with daily attention to core KPIs and clear communication to team and cross-functional partners to adjust as needed to ensure attainment of monthly goals.
- Develop the annual & monthly acquisition marketing plan including strategy, tactics, spend and channel mix. Manage weekly forecast for spend and channel mix and proposal of strategy adjustments to meet and exceed targets.
- Own and lead analysis to influence and support CRM and customer acquisition strategy to drive success across digital media channels by evaluating customer behavior across all channels and on brand websites.
- Consistently monitor the competitive landscape to stay abreast of new offers, ad formats, content and funnel experiences to drive innovative creative campaigns that put the brand at the forefront of paid social media performance.
- Work closely with acquisition and retention creative team to drive and manage the daily and weekly creative development process for ads, including social media and display, providing feedback and direction to make the most effective creative; partner with brand marketing and merchandising to understand optimal content for performance (top selling styles, key brand marketing campaigns that could be leveraged, etc.).
- Provide insight into the optimization of creative performance and digital shopping experiences for new customers, including analyzing the performance of ad creative, landing pages, quiz and offer optimization.
- Help develop strategies designed to grow new, emerging channels and optimize established channels working closely with the acquisition and media teams.
- Partner with analytics and internal data team to create, optimize or streamline necessary reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
- Drive continuous evolution and improvement in creative/messaging and lead funnels & lead on site experiences & gateways, partnering with the Product/Tech team as needed.
- Manage and mentor the CRM/acquisition team, consisting of managers, specialists, and coordinators, focused on driving successful acquisition and retention campaigns. Ensure the team analyzes performance trends and prioritizes high-impact projects.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills, with a strong aptitude for numbers and the ability to conduct complex calculations with speed and precision.
- Deep expertise in customer insights, leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and translate data into actionable plans.
- A highly collaborative leader with an agile mindset, who can drive large media campaigns and budgets.
- A strong and clear communicator who can effectively drive and manage cross functional partners to achieve results.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring team members with multiple years of experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $153,000-$200,000. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
