Overview:
Blue Yonder is looking for a dynamic industry marketing leader with a passion for supply chain management and the manufacturing industry to help Blue Yonder accelerate its leadership in supply chain transformation.

This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for building awareness and understanding of how Blue Yonder enables companies in the manufacturing sector, including CPG, hi-tech, auto and life sciences to deliver superior results to their customers.
This role requires an understanding of manufacturers and how they leverage multi-tier supply chains to get offerings to market faster and more efficiently while driving a superior customer experience.
Scope:
In this role you will work closely with peers in marketing, product management and enablement teams to create the positioning, content and creative go-to-market strategies that ensure both sellers and buyers understand how we help supply chain leaders fulfill their potential.
What you will do:
  • Work with product leaders to translate new product capabilities into outcome-oriented messaging and content used in sales, awareness and demand generation.
  • Partner with industry leaders to identify opportunities to showcase how our supply chain solutions empower manufacturers to meet critical business goals.
  • Evaluate opportunities to take share and deposition competitors, working with competitive intelligence, sales and partners.
  • Build persona-centric narratives and visual demonstrations that showcase the value and differentiation of Blue Yonder’s portfolio for manufacturing.
  • Serve as an evangelist and subject matter expert on manufacturing, supporting sales and partner enablement as well as key corporate and industry events.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or a hi-tech field, MBA/master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience marketing to manufacturers. Experience marketing to CPG / F&B and hi-tech organizations is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience working on SaaS software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products
  • Experience defining and measuring how marketing efforts support business goals
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator

The salary range for this position is: $152,311.10 - $197,688.89 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
