SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Sr. eCommerce Analyst to gather and analyze data to optimize U.S. and global eCommerce initiatives, enhance online sales performance, and support decision-making.
As the Sr. eCommerce Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to support decision-making for U.S. and global eCommerce initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will encompass market and trend analysis, forecasting, customer journey evaluation for offline and online channels, product performance analysis, visualization, and reporting, A/B testing, and tag management all focused on delivering actionable insights to optimize performance and guide strategy.
Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing best practices including eCommerce forecasting initiatives and sensitivity analysis, advanced skills is the use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and tag management systems (e.g., Tealium), and an advanced understanding of predictive modeling and forecasting techniques with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Lead eCommerce Analyst in the execution of our web analytics strategy by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting website and digital marketing data to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of web analytics tools, ensuring effective data collection and adherence to best practices.
- Independently conduct marketing and trend analyses to enhance online sales performance and market positioning.
- Contribute to forecasting initiatives using complex predictive modeling to anticipate customer behaviors and sales trends.
- Create and maintain visual reports and dashboards, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Analytics Lead to manage tagging strategies, including Tealium Tag Manager profiles, while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to improve the online shopping experience through data-driven design updates and A/B testing.
- Evaluate product performance, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
- Work closely with eCommerce, marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics efforts with broader business goals.
- Provide support for cross-functional analytics initiatives and perform other duties as assigned to drive organizational success.
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, marketing, business, or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- Minimum of five years of experience in web or eCommerce analytics is required.
- Fully proficient skills in the use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and tag management systems like Tealium required.
- Broad knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, predictive modeling and forecasting techniques required.
- Understanding of consumer data privacy regulations including but not limited to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), etc required.
- Highly skilled in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and reporting required.
