Sr. Ecommerce Product and Acquisition Manager
FT/Direct Hire
$140k-$160k + bonus and benefits
Hybrid-3 days onsite in Santa Monica
Our client, a leading CPG and Beauty Brand is looking for a Sr. Digital Product (Ecommerce) and Acquisition Manager to join their eCommerce team. Must be data driven and solutions oriented. You will own acquisition programs and site optimization for their Shopify site.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition
• Paid advertising, Affiliate marketing, Organic Search
• Brand partnerships and collaborations
• Conversion optimization
• Drive strategies and implement tactics to ensure a clear ROI of all current and future state digital products (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, BazaarVoice, Returns, Microsites, Live Chat, etc.).
• Accountable for site conversion optimization, focusing on analyzing and improving exit pages, funnel analysis, new/returning consumer flows, on-site personalization, site search, bounce rate strategies, content a/b testing.
• Continuous improvement in the areas of user experience, sharing test hypothesis to improve customer experience. Execute A/B tests to continuously optimize creative design and conversion performance.
• Analyze customer and site visitor analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns, and drive optimization through on-site personalization.
• Manage an outside development team for on-going site maintenance and development, in line with the product roadmap objectives. Set-up, QA and roll out of new functionality.
• Day to day review and analysis of KPIs contributing to revenue generation across and from all channels, product and category sales
• Develop annual digital marketing budget and manage budget pacing and reporting to the executive team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Brand, Influencer/PR, to align the site content strategy with the overall Brand, Marketing and NPD calendar.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in implementing AB testing methodologies to remove subjectivity from decision-making.
• Data-driven decision making.
• DTC experience in Beauty, Fashion, CPG preferred.
• Passionate about Conversion Rate Optimization and the on-site consumer journey.
• Proven track record scaling and optimizing eCommerce stores on Shopify plus.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
• Comfortable and proficient in GA4, Site Search, Personalization and Heatmapping tools.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and ownership.
