Public Label Agency is seeking a seasoned, creative, and detail-oriented Sr. Experiential Activation Producer to join our innovative team. Reporting to the VP of Experiential Accounts and the Director of Production, this role plays a pivotal part in designing, planning, and executing immersive experiential marketing campaigns. These activations, which include large-scale events, pop-ups, and other brand experiences, aim to create lasting connections for nationally recognized brands.

Event Design and Development
- Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize unique, on-brand experiential campaigns.
- Lead the creative and logistical design process for events, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Partner with creative teams to bring concepts to life through detailed production plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
- Work with vendors, venues, and specialists to craft memorable attendee experiences.
- Incorporate interactive, storytelling, and sensory elements into activations for maximum engagement.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee all phases of experiential campaigns, from planning to post-event analysis.
- Manage timelines, production schedules, and work-back plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Align event deliverables with broader brand messaging by coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensure all event elements, from AV to decor, are executed to the highest standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact, understanding their goals and target audience.
- Build trust by consistently delivering innovative and impactful solutions.
- Translate client feedback into actionable plans throughout the event lifecycle.
Vendor Sourcing and Management
- Identify and build relationships with top-tier vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor deliverables to ensure quality and budget alignment.
- Manage onsite teams, including promotional staff and third-party vendors, during events.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide financial updates and forecasts to leadership.
Strategic Development & Leadership
- Support leadership in crafting strategies, briefing documents, and recap reports.
- Stay ahead of experiential trends and integrate emerging technologies into campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Onsite Event Management
- Oversee event setup, rehearsals, live production, and teardown.
- Ensure brand guidelines are maintained and attendee experiences are seamless.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Experience: 10+ years in experiential marketing or event production, focusing on large-scale activations.
- Creative Vision: Ability to translate brand stories into visually stunning and immersive designs.
- Vendor Relations: Established network of high-quality vendors and proven ability to manage them effectively.
- Leadership: Experience collaborating with senior leadership and mentoring junior staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools, budgeting software, and creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Organization: Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a talent for persuasive presentations.
- Problem Solving: Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
- Budget Management: Proven ability to manage six-figure budgets.
