• Are you a creative professional passionate about digital marketing, design and photography? Phelps Health seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Public Relations team. This role combines hands-on digital design and marketing expertise, focusing on enhancing our brand and delivering impactful campaigns.

About the Role

• As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will:
• Develop and execute digital and graphic design projects, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
• Capture compelling photographs that elevate our brand and visually communicate our mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare.
• Maintain and enhance Phelps Health's brand identity, ensuring alignment with our evolving goals as a regional healthcare leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design elements for digital and print marketing campaigns, from concept to final delivery for internal and external audiences.
• Gatekeep and protect the brand identity as the Phelps Health Style Guide expert.
• Lead the design of the Phelps Health Balance magazine, flyers, brochures, apparel, billboards, etc.
• Develop creative solutions that align with marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design software expertise to produce outstanding visuals.
• Conduct professional photography sessions for events, marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Manage and edit photography to meet brand standards and campaign needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Proven experience in photography, including the ability to use DSLR cameras and edit high-quality images.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
