JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Consultant Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness (LDOE) is a key contributor to the talent management work at OhioHealth. The Senior Consultant will join a team of professionals focused on supporting the strategic growth and development of leaders across the organization, specifically focused on performance management and talent process work, as well as high potential leader development and coaching work. The role is newly created, and ideal for the professional who is creative, bold, technical, visual, and always seeking to deliver high quality support to the team and the organization’s leaders. This person is primarily responsible for providing creative and technical support to members of the LDOE team to design, develop, implement, assess, and continuously improve talent related tools, processes and programs. This hybrid Senior Consultant role will work remotely and on-site as needed and is an integral member of the Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management, Bachelor's Degree: Organizational Development, Bachelor's Degree: Organizational Effectiveness- Field of Study: Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Talent Management or other related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Talent Management or other related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Participate in curriculum development and content creation for a variety of leadership development programs; assist in the creation of new leadership development programs.
- Manage the operations and daily work of all talent and performance programs.
- Support system talent and performance functions, including the development of tools and processes for the entire performance management cycle.
- Work with technology partners to implement systematic workflows that create intuitive talent management processes that align with talent and performance philosophies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other identified partners to ensure buy-in and adoption of talent functions.
- Use data to analyze program metrics and determine total program success.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness team by identifying ways to continuously improve and enhance effectiveness of talent and performance management processes.
- Oversee coordination of multiple assessment tools with various teams across the system.
- Research best practices to assist in the development of cutting-edge leadership development programs/content and inform and enhance talent and performance processes.
- Facilitate leadership development programs for first time leaders up to high potential leaders, in person and virtually.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Can work independently, take initiative to own and proactively tackle work and issues without prompting and with little supervision.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify stakeholders and partners and work collaboratively and cooperatively across organizational boundaries.
- Able to develop and navigate effective working relationships with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and team.
- Able to interact with all levels of leadership, up to executives.
