QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, project management systems, and strong strategic thinking and communication skills are essential.

Lead and develop a team of Campaign Execution Managers. Oversee marketing campaign strategies, project management, and digital campaign execution while ensuring accurate performance analytics and improvements based on data.

Team Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Execution Managers and Specialists.
- Oversee the allocation of tasks and ensure the timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Partner with line of business marketers and other stakeholders to develop and implement campaign strategies.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with technology, digital, and brand teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Project Management and Workfront Ownership
- Own and manage the Workfront project management system, ensuring it is used effectively across the team.
- Optimize project workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Digital Campaign Execution
- Oversee the execution of integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet business and marketing objectives.
- Oversee and utilize marketing automation tools such as Marketo for campaign building, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Ensure best practices are followed in campaign execution and share insights across the team.

Reporting and Analytics
- Partner with Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement in campaign strategies and execution.
- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of campaign metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot), project management tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA), and web management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
