We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Content Marketing to join our IDG WW Commercial Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation content for Lenovo's IDG commercial products and solutions.
The Sr. Manager of Content Marketing will develop and execute sophisticated content strategies that establish Lenovo’s thought leadership in technology, Artificial Intelligence, security, sustainability, and best-in-class employee experiences for enterprise buyers and stakeholders. This role requires understanding of and familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and how to create compelling content that resonates with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement a global content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs. Drive enterprise content strategy and creation including editing and project managing content that supports larger marketing programs that can be activated across all marketplaces, including (but not limited to): e-books, blog posts, interactive experiences, social media, videos briefs/scripts, infographics, and [enter your innovative ideas here].
Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Create compelling thought leadership and messaging that positions Lenovo as an enterprise solution with supporting proof points, customer stories, and outcomes-based narratives for executive audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, campaign, geo marketing, product and external agencies to ensure content consistency and alignment. Partner with product marketing to translate complex technical capabilities into clear value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers and stakeholders. Collaborate with demand generation teams and product marketing on content development for enterprise-focused marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic accounts.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI. Connect content to marketing outcomes. You should be comfortable with synthesizing data to inform content strategy and understand how content is performing.
Thought Leadership: Establish Lenovo as a thought leader in the commercial technology space through innovative and impactful content.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills: Strong project management, writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of content creators and marketers.
Analytical: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
