SHORT DESCRIPTION

Support the development of promotional content for Moderna's respiratory vaccines portfolio by collaborating across teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Brand Lead for Respiratory Vaccines, the Sr. Manager, Global Brand Marketing will support the development and refinement of promotional content for Moderna's respiratory vaccines portfolio. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on the global-to-local marketing model, ensuring that content and strategies align with both global objectives and local market needs.

This position is based at Moderna’s headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing stakeholders to develop and adapt promotional content that aligns with global strategies for the Respiratory Vaccine portfolio, ensuring regulatory and cultural fit across regions.

  • Work with regional teams to update in-line product materials, providing insights to ensure localized content is aligned with market regulations and cultural standards.

  • Provide operational support to drive efficient execution of the global-to-local model, including the management and adaptation of digital assets for market-specific use.

  • Partner with legal, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to maintain high standards in promotional content and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and internal policies.

  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic goals, supporting the execution of approved content and campaigns.

  • Adhere to Moderna’s corporate policies and procedures along with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations throughout content development and distribution.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (global or local), sales, or market access within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, with specific experience in product content development or commercialization.

  • Experience creating and adapting promotional content that meets regulatory standards and is culturally appropriate for diverse markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions such as Regional/Local Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and Communications.

  • Background in digital marketing and modular content management for global-to-local campaigns, including digital engagement.

  • Competitive, resilient mindset suited for a rapidly evolving marketplace.

  • Strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and drive to excel in a dynamic, high-ambiguity environment; able to execute initiatives and contribute to process improvements in real-time.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Prior experience in commercial launches, particularly in high-growth or rapidly changing product areas like COVID-19 and respiratory vaccines, preferred.

  • Vaccines experience is a PLUS
