Sr. Manager, Global Social Media - Hoka

QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in social media management, proven leadership in global brands, understanding of social media landscape, expertise in influencer marketing, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for running or performance sports is desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop global social media strategy, lead social governance, curate social-first experiences, integrate influencer marketing, oversee content creation and storytelling, focus on community engagement, and measure brand growth and performance.

The Sr. Manager, Global Social Media for HOKA will elevate the brand through effective social media strategies, authentic storytelling, and collaboration, while driving engagement and growth in a complex global environment.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- A proven leader with experience managing a growing team
- A team player who is highly motived, collaborative and a driven self-starter
- Experience working effectively in complex global organizations
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skill
- 8+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on global brands.
- Proven track record of leading organic social media teams across all channels and platforms.
- Strong understanding of the global social media landscape and regional nuances, particularly in North America, EMEA, China, Japan, Asia Pacific, and LATAM.
- Expertise in influencer marketing strategy and the integration with organic social media.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
- Experience using Dash Hudson, or other social media management platforms and tools
- Experience in social media copywriting
- Passion for running, fitness, or performance sports is highly desirable.
