Under the direction of the Director, Global Brand Communications, the Sr. Manager, Global Social Media elevates the HOKA brand through all social media platforms. This individual is passionate about authentic and inclusive storytelling that inspires a world of athletes to fly over the earth.
The Role: The Senior Manager, Global Social Media, is responsible for developing HOKA’s global social media strategy, leading social governance and curating social first experiences to drive brand engagement. This individual must demonstrate a strong understanding of the social media landscape and operates as an effective leader in a complex global environment. They will oversee the social media strategy and advise on social best practices globally while maintaining a strong connection to sport and culture.
In addition, this person will integrate influencer marketing into the social strategy. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter, innovator with an eye for high-quality content, and a strong people leader who is passionate about mentoring and collaborating across diverse teams.

  • A proven leader with experience managing a growing team

  • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, project management and organizational skill
We’d love to hear from people with
  • 8+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on global brands.
  • Proven track record of leading organic social media teams across all channels and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the global social media landscape and regional nuances, particularly in North America, EMEA, China, Japan, Asia Pacific, and LATAM.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing strategy and the integration with organic social media.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
  • Experience using Dash Hudson, or other social media management platforms and tools
  • Experience in social media copywriting
  • Passion for running, fitness, or performance sports is highly desirable.

$130,000 - $140,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
