The Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing will lead demand generation activities, collaborating across teams to execute targeted campaigns, optimize performance, and drive strategic marketing efforts to attract and nurture potential customers.

The Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing will connect the strategy and execution of demand generation activities to attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel, including managing all aspects of campaigns from inception to launch, optimization, and ROI reporting. This role will be responsible for proactively suggesting campaign opportunities and delivering targeted campaigns across the customer journey spanning both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. You will frequently collaborate with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to identify campaign opportunities, support regional campaigns, and deliver strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) plays.
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaign strategies aligned with TierPoint’s business objectives
- Drive Account-based Marketing (ABM) programs with Sales leadership and field marketing teams that deepens and broadens relationships with target accounts.
- Optimize campaign performance to meet business goals by using data and industry best practices to make campaigns and ABM programs more effective and efficient
- Collaborate with Field and Product Marketing to create campaigns based on opportunities identified by Sales and Channel teams
- Oversee and document campaign needs, project plans, and asset creation to ensure smooth collaboration with teams and partners for successful digital campaigns
- Manage and improve campaign tactics across channels like display ads, direct mail, video, nurture, and social, while testing new channels to boost engagement and meet campaign goals
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Demand Generation to create and manage email campaigns, including HTML builds, proofreading, following brand guidelines, and testing across platforms
- Oversee the timely and budget-conscious execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed benchmark KPIs while driving continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness
- Responsibility for administration of ABM marketing tech stack, including Demandbase, Vidyard, Sigstr, Priority Engine, and Sendoso.
- Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.

- High level of familiarity with information technology and/or cloud computing.
- Experience with ABM or Market Signal and Intent platforms a plus (e.g. Terminus, Demandbase, 6Sense, Folloze, Tech Target Priority Engine, ZoomInfo, Sendoso).
- In-depth, hands-on experience with marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools, tactics, processes, and responsibilities; the buyer's journey, ideal customer profiles & buyer personas, marketing technology, strategy, and customer experience.
- Recent experience with digital marketing channels, including Search and digital advertising. Familiarity with SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with CRM software, Hubspot is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and Windows-based computer applications
- Periodic travel for team meetings is required
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience particularly in the data center industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
- Five or more years of experience in the tech industry in a digital marketing, ABM, or field marketing role.

It’s important to note the pay range may be narrower than displayed, as various factors are used to determine the offered compensation package including skill set, level of experience, geographic locations, and other relevant factors- i.e. budgetary requirements.
Pay Range $101,000.00 - $155,161.86
