We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Practitioner Marketing Sr. Manager to lead our marketing initiatives targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales through practitioner channels, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare marketing, strong digital marketing skills, and a passion for the wellness and supplements sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to healthcare practitioners, including doctors, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals, to promote the company's supplements.
- Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies in collaboration with digital marketing team including email campaigns, social media, webinars, and content marketing, to engage HCPs and educate them on the benefits and science behind Metagenics products.
- Content Development: Collaborate with product, medical and creative teams to create educational materials, clinical guides, case studies, and digital content that resonate with healthcare practitioners.
- Partnership & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and thought leaders to expand brand presence within the healthcare sector.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing within the healthcare community, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Event Management: Plan and execute HCP-targeted events such as webinars, seminars, conferences, and industry trade shows to build brand visibility and foster relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to understand the needs, trends, and challenges of healthcare professionals, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with industry demands.
- Metrics & Analytics: : Track, analyze, and report on the performance of HCP marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Basic Requirements
Experience / Training / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, consumer, or supplements marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of healthcare professional needs, the regulatory environment, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (email platforms, social media, SEO, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in content creation for HCPs, particularly in supplements, nutrition, or wellness. Familiarity with clinical research and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling marketing messages.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $150,000.00/yr. to $170,000.00/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
