Sr. Manager of Channel Sales

The Senior Manager, Channel Sales will be a key part of OWC’s strategic go-to-market initiatives and will lead efforts to execute channel strategies in partnership with key channel partners. This role will oversee strategic planning and execution in collaboration with OWC’s sales teams to implement revenue-driving programs and initiatives focused on delivering customer satisfaction and profitability across OWC’s product portfolio.
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven leader with proven experience in strategy development, leadership, and channel program execution. This role will require strategic direction, collaboration with internal and external partners, and a strong understanding of the channel sales landscape to generate growth and scale OWC’s market presence.

What Will You be Doing?

Strategic Development & Execution:
  • Develop and implement OWC’s strategic approach to drive profitable growth through successful partnerships and channel strategies.
  • Establish and meet/exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
  • Collaborate with a team of Channel Account Managers and Inside Sales professionals to create and execute initiatives to expand OWC’s business opportunities with channel partners.

Relationship Building & Partner Success:
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote OWC’s solutions and create trust-based partnerships that encourage OWC preference.
Customer Engagement & Strategic Initiatives:
  • Actively participate in strategic partner and customer meetings to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Use solution-based selling strategies to identify growth opportunities by leveraging up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
  • Lead the execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), follow up on key action items, and ensure the completion of strategic objectives.
  • Manage pipeline activities and maintain open quote tracking to identify opportunities for growth.
Program Development:
  • Plan and implement marketing and sales initiatives and promotions that align with strategic growth objectives.
Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing National DMR/NSP Sales organization by establishing clear goals, fostering accountability, and providing strategic leadership.

What Will You Bring with You?

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in Sales, including strong experience in channel sales (hardware/accessory sales experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Prior experience working with or selling through CDW or similar channel partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing strategic programs that generate business success.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to partner locations as necessary.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in fostering collaboration across teams.
Compensation Structure for the Position

The compensation package for this role is up to $120,000 USD per year. The amount of compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
