The Senior Manager Product Growth will develop and execute strategies for the SelectQuote Life Division to optimize sales results through digital and call center channels.

About the Role:

The Senior Manager Product Growth develops and executes growth strategies product expansion and channel enablement initiatives to achieve growth and profitability targets for the SelectQuote Life Division. This includes strategy development sales performance analysis project scoping planning and execution for digital and call center sales channels. This requires a collaborative and strategic thinker who is driven by the desire to optimize sales results through experimentation.

Focus areas for this role include: digital UX A/B testing chat sales conversion optimization cross-selling sales agent training/coaching sales reporting performance management and product expansion.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide planning analysis and thought leadership for sales initiative development
  • Drive coordination planning and optimization of product offerings and channel expansion projects from concept to launch and measurement
  • Develop strategy and requirements for digital growth through UX designs messaging and user flows
  • Plan launch and measure digital A/B tests and other sales channel experiments to improve sales performance
  • Design and manage cross-selling strategies and campaigns to drive revenue through existing call center sales channels
  • Develop and maintain sales support tools and training materials for assigned products or projects
  • Build and manage project plans for all key projects to ensure high quality launches with optimal results
  • Facilitate project planning meetings with project teams and external partners
  • Prepare analyses business requirements user flows and other project documentation
  • Develop and document sales initiative roadmaps project statuses performance updates and presentations for project teams and sales leadership

Skills/Abilities:

  • Expertise in digital UX sales conversion optimization cross-sell up-sell and/or retention
  • Creativity and strategic problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent facilitation and communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and synthesizing plans/results
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to shifting needs

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in product management channel growth marketing consulting or similar disciplines
  • Experience in sales planning or product growth in a omni-channel environment (call center digital chat email) strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
