Okta is seeking a talented and results-driven Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts to join our AMER Demand Generation organization. In this role, you will lead high-impact marketing strategies targeting our most critical accounts, while managing a team of skilled marketing professionals. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create and execute personalized campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes, including sales pipeline and ARR.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the team of Strategic Marketing Managers across the US
- Act as a subject matter expert to collaborate with Regional VP, Area Sales Directors and Account Executives to create a regional Account-Based Marketing strategy with the objective to generate leads for our strategic accounts, engage existing opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth and close rates
- Competent in all areas of marketing including strategy, planning, thought leadership, content creation and demand generation campaigns.
- Oversees customized 1:1, 1:few marketing campaigns for our strategic accounts, utilizing the complete toolbox of a modern marketer, with digital and offline channels
- Align with Sales Executives and account team to measure accounts engaged and apply varied programs to increase marketing engagement across the region
- Work with the team to manage the budget and create quarterly regional marketing plans, programs and campaigns to meet the business goals of each sub-region and the East region overall.
- Track, measure, and report on all ABM activity based on Account's KPIs and successes.
- Communicate feedback from the field back into the GTM and product marketing teams to ensure the field has the tools and messaging they need to sell effectively
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, account insights, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform data-driven decisions
- Drive team to communicate marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, website tools, customer success stories, upcoming events, etc. to the Strategic Sales team
- Collaborate with the broader team (Global Campaigns, Regional, Partner, Product & Customer Marketing) to build and execute an integrated marketing plan
- Assess challenges of the field and create solutions to address those challenges
- Ensure all of your vendor, campaigns, and program documentation is up to date - SFDC, Asana Budget, Campaigns Briefs, PO's, Procurement
- Travel up to 20%
Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 10 years Field Marketing/Sales Support experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years Account-Based Marketing experience and experience managing a regional or field marketing team.
- Experience with complex B2B strategic sales cycles and demonstrating marketing's impact on the business through business models, dashboards, and data
- Oversee from inception to completion campaign plans including audience target identification, campaign project plans/deliverables/owners, budgeting, and post-campaign reporting/measurement/follow-up
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for enabling sales teams
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, 6Sense, and Tableau
- Knowledge of industry trends related to demand generation, buying intent, and multi-channel marketing
- Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
- Budget management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent area of study
