Responsibilities:
Who are you?


As a Marketing Automation Senior Specialist at Personify Health, you will play a crucial role in building the full top-of-the-funnel workflow and supporting the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to convert more opportunities. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in marketing automation, lead generation, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.


In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end automation workflows to enhance top-of-funnel lead generation and engagement across all channels and touchpoints (e.g., digital, email, phone and social).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize marketing automation processes and ensure alignment with the overall business goals.
  • Create and manage targeted email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing programs to drive conversions.
  • Support the sales development resource team by mapping workflows based on buyer personas, solutions and intent data, helping drive high-quality leads and optimizing lead scoring processes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation enhancements to streamline workflows and drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, 6sense, ChatGPT and SalesLoft.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, campaign management, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially sales and marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications in marketing automation or related fields are a plus.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
