Manage Cisco marketing campaigns, optimize marketing processes, collaborate with marketing teams, track campaign performance, support strategic alliances, serve as liaison between WWT and Cisco, document joint marketing activities, assist with event planning and integrated campaigns.

The Sr. Partner Operation Specialist will manage the operational aspects of Cisco marketing initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and performance tracking while fostering strategic alliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategic alliances, or partner management, ideally with a focus on Cisco or similar tech partners.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, reporting, and tracking marketing KPIs.
- Familiarity with the tech industry or B2B marketing is a plus.

What will you be doing?
This Sr. Partner Operation Specialist will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of Cisco marketing campaigns, events, and strategic alliance relationships. This role ensures effective collaboration between WWT's internal marketing teams and Cisco, focusing on driving campaign execution, optimizing processes, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing deliverables, and experience working with partners like Cisco.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimize marketing processes, including Proof of Performance (POP), to improve operational efficiency and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan, execute, and measure campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and events, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage compliance of MDF requirements by Cisco and Field Marketing Team to safeguard WWT from financial impacts.
Alliance and Partner Operational Management
- Support the development and management of strategic alliances with Cisco, fostering strong partner relationships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between WWT's marketing team and Cisco, ensuring consistent communication and seamless execution of POP.
- Document joint marketing activities, such as webinars, events, content creation, and lead generation initiatives with Cisco.
- Track alliance program performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Event and Campaign Support
- Assist with the planning and tracking of events, conferences, and trade shows, ensuring brand visibility and partner engagement at Cisco-related events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support integrated campaigns that highlight Cisco alliances, utilizing digital, social media, and content marketing strategies.
