SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Sr Principal of Partner Marketing at Mr. Cooper Group will engage with key partners to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance homeownership opportunities and drive lead acquisition across various financial products.
- Build and cultivate strategic marketing campaigns with key Mr. Cooper partner, create a shared understanding of the business goals, and develop multichannel marketing strategies that align with partner growth objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for the partner that drive acquisition of customer leads for purchase, refinance, home equity, and other financial products
- Oversee the strategy, design, creative, approvals, execution and reporting of numerous campaigns
- Build, oversee, and regularly update marketing campaign map with timelines and deliverables
- Oversee and optimize a deep set of customer interaction and financial data to design marketing segments, audiences, and journeys
- Create effective marketing messaging to drive response with unique benefits leveraging personalization capabilities of our MarTech platforms
- Become and expert on mortgage industry trends and markets to do effective advanced planning and share competitive marketing insights with key partner leaders
- Design and assess the effectiveness of interactive marketing tools including, banners, landing pages, and emails, by regularly conducting A/B testing and continually optimizing strategies and tactics
- Create clear performance reports to share key success metrics with leaders of partner organization
- Make daily and weekly adjustments to optimize marketing approach and spend for partner to acquire and retain customers
- Work with the partner and key internal Mr. Cooper marketing and servicing team members to build a cohesive multi-channel approach to customer engagement and leverage best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results, including: sales, finance, product & website teams, technology, compliance, branding/creative, and communications
- Develop new digital strategies and deliver results based on emerging market trends that focus on customer engagement across web, mobile, app, social media, and new media digital channels
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalency in a marketing, management, or technology field. Master’s Degree is a plus
- 5-10+ years of digital/interactive and partner marketing experience with deep expertise in testing and reporting
- Understanding modern attribution measurement techniques and best practices including modeling, reporting ,and presenting campaign and program results
- Prior digital marketing budget allocation, optimization and management experience is a must
- Must be an innovative thinker capable of adapting to change with ability to take ownership of multiple tasks and processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-organizationally to contribute strategies, insights and results to partner organizations including senior leadership
- Expertise with online lead generation tools and technology is a must
- Ability to operate in a fast environment with rapid changes to product messaging, creative testing, and both daily and weekly optimization of resources
- Financial services experience or experience in a regulated industry a plus
- Certifications, professional memberships, and additional training in digital marketing field a plus
