Job summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Fresh Private Brands team, focusing on selection optimization across store operations and product lifecycle. This role will be pivotal in driving process improvements, optimizing ways of working, and enhancing overall operational efficiency and strategy across our private brand ecosystem. Key job responsibilities: 1. Lead Amazon Fresh Private Brands' selection portfolio optimization by designing and executing frameworks, turning complex data into actionable insights that shape our product portfolio 2. Drive transformational change through the development of innovative tools and automated solutions, simplifying selection processes that impact thousands of products across our network 3. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Supply Chain, and Category to orchestrate large-scale selection resets, demonstrating exceptional ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in ambiguous environments 4. Build the future of selection management by creating scalable, repeatable processes that balance operational excellence with strategic business growth, while mentoring teams on best-in-class selection practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
