SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a curious and passionate Product Manager to improve buying and planning processes for Softlines, working cross-functionally with various teams to execute product strategies.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
What you will be doing:
- You will map out existing process, find automation opportunities and revamp the buying strategy in a scalable way that will support rapid growth as well as our long-term business strategy.
- You will own the overall product and program roadmap driving key initiatives to be implemented by relevant retail, supply chain and cross country teams for improving buying for Softlines
- You will influence the vendor management, supply chain and product management teams within Amazon to deliver on your shared goals.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
