Seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Pricing team to drive impactful pricing strategies for DSPs across the Americas, using data to influence leadership and align cross-functional teams.

Are you looking for a role where you can have an impact on the business? The Americas Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Pricing team. As the Sr. Product Manager for Pricing, you will develop and execute recommendations for pricing and rate cards for DSPs across the Americas. This role will be responsible for pricing models that drive the cost structure for DSPs in the Americas and recommend incentive strategies that deliver capacity growth and flexibility. You will partner with Program, Product, and Technology teams across Last Mile to deliver long-term scalable solutions. You will be deeply connected to the data, possess a high degree of ownership, and make excellent decisions. As a Sr. Product Manager in the DSP organization, you will deliver long-term impactful solutions for our DSPs. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, be customer obsessed, able to overcome obstacles, and have excellent written and verbal communication. The candidate should be comfortable leading cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommend long-term solutions grounded in data. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, has attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, and a passion for data.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
