Seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to craft narratives and strategies to enhance partner networks and drive growth in business communications at Sangoma Technologies Corporation.
- Craft and refine compelling narratives and value propositions for CIOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
- Develop unique, differentiated product positioning and messaging highlighting key value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Own the messaging playbook, ensuring consistency across web, social, blogs, and events.
- Conduct deep dives into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Utilize insights from win/loss analyses, market research, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Marketing professionals.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence product roadmaps and GTM strategies.
- Develop and provide tailored enablement tools, such as sales presentations, battle cards, and training materials.
- Equip sales and customer success teams to communicate product value at every buyer journey stage effectively.
- Represent the brand at events, webinars, and customer briefings, delivering impactful keynotes and demos.
- Collaborate with content, brand, and customer marketing teams to create engaging collateral like eBooks, podcasts, whitepapers, and blogs.
- Plan and execute launches of new products and feature updates, managing cross-functional implementation plans.
- Build strong relationships with industry analysts to shape positive perceptions of the company’s solutions.
- 10+ years of Product Marketing experience, with 4+ years in Unified Communications, SaaS, CPaaS or CCaaS.
- Proven expertise in messaging, positioning, and influencing decision-makers at the VP/C-suite level.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts into customer-centric narratives.
- Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and collaborative cross-functional projects.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
- Experience in the UCaaS space as a vendor, analyst, or direct management within a UC.
- Proficiency in consumer research methods, Excel, or Tableau.
- Exceptional presentation skills and familiarity with data visualization.
