SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a strategic marketer to scale Prime's reach among Gen Z customers through data-driven insights, influencer partnerships, and personalized marketing initiatives.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Key job responsibilities
This role will develop the growth plan to scale our offsite reach for underpenetrated segments. More specifically they will:
- Identify channel opportunities outside our current evergreen programs that over index in reaching Gen Z customers, with a focus on Influencer marketing
- Define a test, learn and scale approach to grow Prime’s penetration for Gen Z and work with appropriate channel partners to implement
- Partner with the Creators (influencer marketing) team to build Prime engagement and churn reduction programs within existing business partnerships
- Drive creative excellence in all cross-channel campaign executions targeting specific segments
- Partner with the retail events team to deliver personalized Prime experiences for specific segments within high valued events
- Create integrated cross-benefit experiences around relevant cultural events in partnership with other Prime marketing teams
- Advocate for product prioritizations to enhance the landing experiences for select segments
You start your morning reviewing the weekly reach and engagement of Prime for Young Adult and meet with the appropriate channel partners to deep dive into any unique trends. You then review creatives for an upcoming cross-channel campaign that will be targeted to your segments. You attend a campaign planning meeting to learn about upcoming Prime merchandising opportunities, provide feedback as to their relevance to your segments and update your content calendar and message priorities to reflect these conversations. Finally, you end your day meeting with customer insights teams to consult on future segment specific studies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
