Seeking a high-judgement Sr. Product Marketing Manager to enhance seller communication strategies and improve adherence to Amazon's policies, while working collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a high-judgement Sr. Product Marketing manager for the Account Health Rating (AHR), the holistic indicator of Seller’s adherence to Amazon’s policies and account suspension. This role requires owning communication strategy AHR, crafting seller communication around launching new features, gathering seller feedback to inform the logic of AHR. The ideal candidate has experience in identifying and understanding customer pain points, working on launching communication strategies, and working across functions and stakeholders. They are also able to influence and gain buy-in from different stakeholders such as legal, policy and product stakeholders, and can seamlessly deliver in an ambiguous environment. Problem-solving, product marketing skills, and executive communication are essential to be successful in this role. This candidate will be part of a fast pacing and entrepreneurial team, and be tasked with building trust with global stakeholders.
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
