We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Sr Product Manager for DSP Business Reviews for the Last Mile team. This person will deliver improved DSPs through optimization, innovation, global scaling, and customization of our flagship DSP product - the DSP Business Review. This person will own the creation of new strategies, reporting mechanisms, deep performance analysis, and cross-functional partnerships with existing product and program teams. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to: - Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive a culture of consistent improvement - Identify, develop and improve strategies for the DSP onboarding and training process - Provide reports, insights, and recommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners - Collaborate at high-levels of decision-making, building trusting relationships centered on our DSPs and customers The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative. Operational knowledge of wide variety of and contractual concepts is essential to perform the role successfully.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
