The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Revenue Systems Analyst to help Adobe maintain outstanding revenue systems and analytics. We partner across the company with key collaborators in Revenue Accounting Operations, FP&A, BU Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Technology Services to ensure accuracy and consistency of external and internal financial accounting and reporting data. What you'll Do

Provide process, system, and reporting solutions for evolving business challenges in the quote to cash arena
Draw on technical accounting background to craft and implement solutions that align with recognition and control principals and drive continual operational improvement
Lead governance, standardization, and automation to scale the business
Assess quarterly financial results and actively add to the accounting and finance close procedures
Build and maintain strong expertise in system knowledge and serve as a key resource for the Revenue Accounting and Operations team.
Host business change-management across our organization and share key updates
Design and deliver relevant testing (User Acceptance Testing)
Address new requests: understand the case and provide brilliant solutions backed by data and show-cased in a compelling manner
What You Need to Succeed

BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 5-7 years of related experience required (Software industry and/or CPA firm experience preferred).
Good knowledge of technical application of ASC606 and all other current authoritative literature related to revenue recognition is required
Competence to collaborate, influence and build effective partnerships at various levels and across different roles both inside and outside of our organization.
Self-motivation with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; ability to address complicated technical issues and develop and communicate thoughtful solutions
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SFDC and SAP are preferred
Demonstrable record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,700 -- $168,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
