Job Summary:

Advantal Technologies Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales Manager to spearhead our business expansion and revenue growth efforts in the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a stellar record in IT sales, exceptional relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate a competitive business landscape. This role requires expertise in identifying opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and closing high-value deals that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Proactively identify and engage potential leads through digital marketing, industry networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across North America, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions, maximizing client value and strengthening partnerships.

3. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead negotiations with senior executives and decision-makers to secure high-value contracts.
  • Ensure all deals align with the company’s strategic vision and financial objectives.

4. Market Strategy & Localization

  • Design and implement market-specific sales strategies tailored to the North American audience.
  • Adapt to regional business practices and cultural nuances to foster strong client relationships.

5. Financial & Legal Oversight

  • Manage regional sales budgets to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. laws and ethical standards in all sales transactions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 15+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on the North American market.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, including AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and account management.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.

Preferred:

  • Candidates based out of Dallas will be preferred for cultural alignment and ease of market understanding.
  • Familiarity with the company’s IT product offerings or similar solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with flexibility to adapt to market changes.
  • Experience representing organizations at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Pay: $62,197.27 - $74,904.23 per year
