The Work You Will Do

• Leading the development of complex Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and technical challenges within Salesforce.

Qualifications

Required:

• Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
