SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Sr. Seller Insights Manager to enhance seller sentiment analysis and lead market research initiatives that drive business improvements for Amazon's Selling Partner Communities.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with internal partners across Product, Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Community Management to identify the right research opportunities and prioritize research questions based on current knowledge, project goals, and risks.
- Own all aspects of the market research lifecycle (methodology/study design, budgeting, programming, execution, analysis, reporting and communication), including regularly consulting with partners on how to use research effectively to drive business impact.
- Build scalable and nimble market research solutions, and processes
- Connect the “what,” with the “so what,” and “now what” using your own research and other data sources
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Drive impact to the business and seller experience, as measured by adoption of research findings.
The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) organization builds lasting connections with, and helps drive the success of our Selling Partners. We achieve this by: (1) Providing effective channels for multi-directional engagement with Amazon, (2) Fostering an active and helpful community and information exchange among Selling Partners; (3) Understanding Selling Partners’ perceptions of, and being internal advocates to improve, their experience selling on Amazon; (4) Ensuring that public perception mirrors the reality that Amazon’s stores are a great place for Selling Partners to build and maintain a thriving business; and (5) Accelerating and strengthening third-party advocacy and partnerships that benefit Selling Partners.
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
