SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Social Media Analyst will creatively engage audiences on social media, enhance brand loyalty, and support overall communication strategies through impactful content creation and project management.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Social Media Analyst is responsible for creatively bringing our brands to life on social media, building loyalty among guests and Team Members, and achieving specific objectives through compelling social storytelling. In addition, the Sr. Social Media Analyst will help support holistic communications efforts by assisting with public relations and team member communications tactics.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Managers/Assoc. Managers to understand brand strategies and participate in all stages of the content process, including planning, brainstorming, briefing, project management, copy development, basic graphic design and content creation.

  • Stay informed on current events, pop culture, trending topics, and social media trends, platforms, features and updates to create innovative content.

  • Support content planning and mapping to maintain consistent and accurate brand content calendars and ensure content aligns with brand standards, social media strategy, and guidelines.

  • Generate innovative ideas for brand content calendars and develop project timelines to bring content to life, ensuring effective communication with teams to meet deadlines and managing changes as needed.

  • Lead creative briefings with the graphic design and multimedia teams and review creative content to ensure it is on-brand, on-budget and on-time.

  • Write engaging social media copy for multiple platforms, following specific brand tone guidelines.

  • Create social media content as needed using tools like cell phones, CapCut, Canva and/or Photoshop as well as simple manipulation of existing assets.

  • Analyze content performance to inform future content ideas and provide insights for reports.

  • Assist with Influencer Marketing by sourcing, vetting and managing partnerships.

  • Maintain strong relationships with functional team members across various departments.

  • Develop creative, collateral or content that supports tactical execution for public relations or internal communications plans

  • Assist with additional tactics as needed that help drive brand news or communicate important information to internal audiences

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and content types (Reels, Stories, User-Generated Content, etc.).

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

  • Superior written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

-Proficiency in tools/software for administrative work, social media management, visual design, and file sharing, such as Microsoft -Office/iWork, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Box, OneDrive, DropBox and Google Docs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Gift for thriving in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple brands, clients and priorities.

  • Ability to drive creative ideas and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Socially and culturally 'in the know'; considered an early adopter and willing to take risks.

  • Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work both collaboratively and independently.

  • Passion for food, hospitality, social media, PR, marketing, and digital marketing.

  • Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Agency experience is a plus.

  • Ability to film and edit video content.

  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
