About the Role
Job Overview
The Senior Strategic Account Manager will oversee the full client lifecycle for enterprise and strategic accounts, from the sales process through to implementation, training, and client advocacy. This role is essential for driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding Everflow’s market presence. With a focus on relationship management and commercial strategy, this position is key to identifying and realizing revenue opportunities within the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and coordinating internal resources for technical support during implementation.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities, implementing strategies to achieve revenue expansion goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features, effectively promoting them to clients.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant internal teams to drive product and service enhancements.
- Lead client onboarding processes, including training sessions, webinars, Helpdesk support, and providing documentation.
- Drive upsell initiatives, introducing existing clients to new products and features.
- Oversee the contract renewal process, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong product understanding and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify, quantify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Solid analytical skills and familiarity with internet technologies; experience in digital advertising is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of account management experience.
- Experience with project management and customer success tools.
- Sales and/or Business Development experience is a plus.
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- High proficiency in English.

- Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
Compensation Package
- $75,000 - $95,000 Base Salary
- 25% Bonus
