SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join Real Chemistry as an Account Executive in Entertainment and Influencer Marketing, focusing on pharmaceutical clients by leveraging pop culture to connect brands with talent and enhance patient experience.
- Participate in the Talent Procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital and influencer marketing campaigns
- Participate in internal casting sessions / brainstorming sessions (digital influencer, Health Care Providers, Patient, Celebrity etc.)
- Conduct outreach to Influencers and their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.).
- Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks (via third party service provider)
- Develop client-facing materials, including casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, Long-form Agreements
- Participate in the negotiation of Formal Offer and Long-form Agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients
- Manage content creators –hosting briefing calls, managing them/content capture on site, facilitating client approvals and getting content live
- Participate in campaign management & coordinating logistics
- Facilitate Talent approvals of campaign materials
- Track/document all Talent/Influencer approvals
- Maintain Contract Tracker for each campaign
- Create campaign recap documents (as needed)
- Monitoring and daily tracking of performance insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs
- Prepare weekly/monthly, campaign, project, etc. reports on predetermined measures of success
- Work closely in partnership with the account team, consistently mining data for opportunities to improve a campaign’s performance.
- Support in the development of post-campaign case studies
- Management of Influencer database, keeping track of all influencer partnerships (past/present/future)
- Monitor and mine sports & entertainment news publications, social media channels, blogs, and broadcast to identify opportunities and relevant information for clients
- Manage and participate in day-to-day communications with clients and internal team
- Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches
- Participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
- Coordinate and participate in conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc.
- Participate in data entry, evaluation, and database management; leverage agency tools, technology and database to analyze and provide data for clients
- Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking

- Digital/social media savvy

- Experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists
- Strong organizational, written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Agency experience preferred
