We are looking for an experienced Web Developer specializing in Shopify and Klaviyo integration to elevate our e-commerce site’s functionality and maximize customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building high-performance Shopify sites and crafting impactful, Klaviyo-powered email campaigns, with a keen eye for design, user experience, and code efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our Shopify website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO compatibility.

  • Customize Shopify themes, templates, and apps to align with brand aesthetics and functional needs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Klaviyo and set up email workflows, automation, and segmentation.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve website and integration issues promptly.

  • Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies for site and email performance optimization.

  • Monitor and maintain the site’s performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to maintain a seamless user experience.

  • Performs work under direct supervision.

  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

  • Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!

  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.?

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience working within the [cannabis/e-commerce] industry

  • Proven experience with Shopify development, including Liquid templating, custom theme development, and app integration.

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including creating flows, segmentation, and performance analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be over 21 years of age.

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and conversion optimization.

  • Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.

  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
