LOCATION
In-person at Bluebird Mountain Sports
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of ski/snowboard equipment, and proficiency in POS and inventory management systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily store operations, manage and train team members, maintain inventory, ensure store organization and cleanliness, develop sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, and monitor sales performance.

Bluebird Mountain Sports seeks a passionate Store Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional customer experiences in the retail environment focused on skiing and snowboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
· Manage and lead a team of sales associates, rental technicians, and service associates, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
· Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to meet customer demand.
· Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and drive revenue.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for senior management.
· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in retail management.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of ski/snowboard equipment, apparel, and accessories.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
· Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
