Exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive organic growth and profitability by overseeing product marketing, communications, and development for North Star Imaging.

Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of the marketing function including product marketing, marketing communications and product development from ideation to commercialization focused on driving organic growth and profitability. This will be achieved in part through the development and implementation of growth plans comprised of goals, strategies, and tactics for the global market. In addition, this role is responsible for developing a growth-oriented culture that invests in organizational development and, as part of the ITW operating philosophy, will champion the application of the ITW frameworks, values, and continuous improvement principles.
Qualifications
Successful applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field as well as 10 plus years of progressive marketing, sales, or product management experience in a technical capital equipment B2B environment. Advanced technical or business-related degree an advantage. This role is located at NSI’s Rogers, MN facility with up to 30% travel.
Additional requirements include:
- A business-minded problem solver with a demonstrated ability to link key initiatives with their impact on profitability and a history of implementing innovative concepts that achieve long-term success.
- The ability to collect disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful and, ultimately, actionable strategic recommendations. This encompasses customer, constituent, and competitive environments. A track record of identifying profitable business segments and separating those from unprofitable ones is a necessity.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all aspects of marcom including; digital marketing, website management, customer surveys, and lead management.
- Experience team leader and a strong coach with the ability to hire, develop and retain a diverse pipeline of great talent.
- A global mindset. Must be culturally aware and be able to build constructive and effective relationships across the organization.
- A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external to the department and organization.
