Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 7+ years in sales or sales enablement roles in legal tech, strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and knowledge of mass tort and personal injury litigation.

The Strategic Sales Enablement Partner will enhance sales effectiveness in the legal tech sector, focusing on mass tort and personal injury through tailored strategies, insights, and training.
The Role:
The Strategic Sales Enablement Partner will drive sales effectiveness by equipping teams with the strategies, tools, and insights required to succeed in the Mass Tort, Personal Injury, and Sexual Assault legal tech sector. This role focuses on bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, client engagement, and revenue growth in a specialized and highly regulated environment.
This position will work closely with the VP of Business Development, COO, and Head of Operations to align enablement initiatives with broader business objectives, operational strategies, and client service excellence. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with claims administration, legal operations or litigation funding. They’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. They’ll be adept at scaling sales programs for niche high-growth markets.
This role is ideally based in our Boca Raton office location and requires three days per week in the office and working remotely two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored sales enablement strategies to support teams operating in the legal tech industry.
- Collaborate with leadership, including the VP of Business Development and COO, to refine messaging and positioning specific to mass torts, personal injury, and sexual assault cases.
- Design and execute training programs, playbooks, and resources to enhance sales team effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends in mass torts and personal injury law, leveraging these insights to refine sales strategies.
- Support sales teams in identifying client needs and tailoring solutions to drive engagement and long-term relationships.
- Partner with the Head of Operations to ensure seamless integration of operational capabilities into client-focused solutions.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Collaborate with the COO and Head of Operations to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency for client-facing teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to align best practices and success stories.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor pipeline health, forecast performance, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Regularly report on sales enablement outcomes, recommending adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design processes and resources that support the unique sales cycles in mass tort and personal injury technology.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical considerations in all client-facing interactions.
- Identify and address pain points in scaling technology solutions for law firms and claims administrators.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; JD or advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus.
- 7+ years in sales, sales enablement, or business development roles, preferably in legal tech, law firms, or claim management industries.
- Proven experience in designing and executing enablement strategies within complex, high-stakes sales environments.
- Strong understanding of mass tort, personal injury, and sexual assault litigation processes and technologies.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong).
- Familiarity with claims administration, legal operations, or litigation funding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to highly sensitive client interactions.
