Student Records Coordinator
LOCATION
Main UNCW Campus
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred skills include excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and data entry skills, along with experience in student records and registration systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update student records, process individual study and internship requests, manage adds and drops, oversee transient study and transfer credit articulation, and assist with student inquiries while ensuring high-quality customer service.

The Student Records Coordinator manages student records and provides support services in the Office of the Registrar, focusing on customer service and collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.

- Ability to complete complex academic tasks in a very busy office environment, without compromising the accuracy of the transactions.
- Good customer service and communication skills due to frequently heavy contact with students, faculty, staff, and general public.
- Excellent data entry, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with all contacts regarding university academic policy is critical.
- Ability to analyze academic situations and resolve or refer problems for resolution is needed.
- Keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer applications are helpful for success in this position.
- Experience with student records and registrations systems is desired and strong Banner familiarity is preferable.
