Seeking a dynamic Supply Chain and Planning Manager to optimize supply chain operations, ensure efficient procurement and logistics, and drive improvements while working in a collaborative environment focused on healthcare solutions.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain and Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. This role is pivotal in driving process improvements, fostering supplier relationships, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials across the supply chain.This role will be based in Bridgewater, NJ and Full-Time On Site.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Strategy and Management:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance using KPIs and industry benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Planning and Forecasting:
  • Create accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage production schedules and capacity planning to meet delivery timelines.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance customer satisfaction and cost-efficiency.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supplier base to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Source new suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Logistics and Distribution:
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation efficiency.
  • Ensure warehouse operations align with inventory management strategies.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to drive sustainability and reduce waste within the supply chain.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Faciliate and Participate in Tiered Daily Management Meetings
  • Manage and develop a high-performing supply chain and planning team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, finance, and R&D.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or logistics, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP highly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or Six Sigma) is a plus.
